Hannah splits her time between being an Church Army evangelist with the Sligo Centre of Mission and an area worker for CIY Ireland. She has facilitated prayer spaces both locally in Sligo and Leitrim, but also further afield both north and south of the border. Her local teams use Prayer Spaces as part of Alpha Holy Spirit days with Transition Year students and in their local national schools. She loves how prayer spaces give children the opportunity to have some much needed time to reflect and discover the presence of God in prayer. If you’re out west she would love to help kick start your Prayer Spaces in Schools journey.

Matt as a Pastor at Bangor Elim Church. As part of his role he has the joy and privilege of being involved in the Schools work programme which works closely with many of the Primary schools in the Bangor area helping with assemblies and RE lessons. He has helped coordinate and host prayer spaces in one of the local Primary schools and loves seeing children come into the space and deal with some of the big emotions that they face through reflective activities. Matt would love to connect and share his experience with you.
SUNI Networker
Aisling works Scripture Union NI as the Chapliancy Co-ordinator. She has used Prayer Spaces in Schools in a variety of ways including using as part of RE lessons, permanent spaces along with some indoor & outdoor spaces too. In her current role she is supporting churches and SUNI workers across NI to serve their local schools and still loves seeing the excitement and joy on children & young people’s faces as they enter the space to experience prayer for themselves.
